Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for: The Treasury Board of Canada (TBC).

TBC has a requirement for resources in the following Categories
of Personnel and levels:

Business Analyst - Level 3
Application/Software Architech - Level 2
Programmer/ Analyst - Level 2
Tester - Level 2

This requirement is open ONLY to bidders that are qualified Tier
2 Holders of a Task Based Informatics Professional Services
(TBIPS) Supply Arrangement in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The RFP is issued against the (TBIPS) Supply Arrangements (SA)
PWGSC file number EN578-055605/D. All terms and conditions of
the SA apply & shall be incorporated into any resulting contract.

Description of the requirement:

The Treasury Board of Canada requires Informatics Technology
resources to support the Office of the Chief Human Resources
Officer (OCHRO) in the creation of common Human Resources (HR)
tools for the Common Human Resources Business Process (CHRBP)
initiative as well as with the maintenance of and major
enhancements to several projects in the Official Languages,
Talent Management and Compensation and Labour Relations sectors.

It is anticipated that a maximum of one contract will be awarded
for this requirement.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of the contract will be for 1 year with
Canada retaining irrevocable options to extend the contract for
up to 2 additional 1-year periods.
