Canada Border Services Agency intends to issue a contract for
the supply and delivery of Telephone and Postal Data. Terms and
conditions of the contract are detailed in the Bid Solicitations
and are in accordance with the terms and conditions of the
Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) # 47060-149885/A. To
fulfill this requirement, suppliers must be able to supply and
deliver the data to the National Capital Region.
The bid solicitation is open to existing Supply Arrangement (SA)
Holders. In order for new suppliers to bid on this
solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The
process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # 47060-149885/A
and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering Service
(GETS).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
