.1 Demolish existing gas-fired boilers and provide new high efficiency gas-fired boilers complete with all required piping, trim, fittings, chimney, valves, feed pump, chemical feeders, blow-down tank, and accessories.
.2 Demolish associated primary and secondary circulators and provide new circulators.
.3 Modify existing housekeeping and provide new housekeeping pad to suit the new equipment. Patch, repair and paint pad accordingly.
.4 Provide all associated controls for the new equipment including tie-in to existing BMCS.
