Infrastructure - Request for Proposal - RFP for INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONING AUTHORITY CONSULTANT SERVICES for EDMONTON – NEW K-6 SCHOOL IN SILVER BERRY

1.2.1 This project was approved by the Province under School Now Program in April 2025. The New K-6 School in Silvery Berry SE Edmonton will have total opening capacity of 640 students and build-out capacity of 840 students to address growing enrollment pressures and relieve pressure from schools in surrounding neighborhoods. The School will have an opening Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 5,916 m2. The project is currently funded for Design only.

The Independent Commissioning Authority (ICA) Consultant will work with other consultants or entities in furtherance of the Project and in accordance with the Agreement, including Bridging Consultant, Subconsultants, Site Investigation Consultant, Cost Consultant, and/or Design-Builder, as applicable and required to fulfill the Independent Commissioning Authority Services for this Project.
