SUMMARY
The services of Mechanical Engineering firm, acting as Prime Consultant, are required to undertake the design and construction administration / review services needed to remediate the HVAC system of the Nitrate Film Preservation Facility at a Library and Archives Canada facility located in the National Capital Region.
As Prime Consultant, the selected Mechanical Engineering firm will provide a full consulting Team including the required expertise in Electrical and Fire Protection Engineering as well as the expertise of a Nitrate Storage Specialist* Mechanical Engineer.
*A Nitrate Storage Specialist is to be a Mechanical Engineer who has successfully designed the numerous mechanical systems for nitrate film preservation facilities that have proven to be able to steadily maintain relative humidity within the design parameters at low temperature.
SECURITY
