Title: Inspection and Maintenance of Overhead Doors

Solicitation Number: W0114-12P020/A

Clients: The Department of National Defence (DND): CFB
Kingston, Kingston Ontario, the Royal Military College (RMC),
Kingston Ontario and the Brockville Armouries, Brockville
Ontario.

Requirement: The Department of National Defence (DND), including
CFB Kingston, the Royal Military College (RMC) Kingston Ontario,
and the Brockville Armories has a requirement for all labour,
material and equipment required for the inspection, servicing
and maintenance of overhead doors and door assemblies which
include, but are not limited to all manually, mechanically and
electrically operated sectional doors and roller doors. Details
located in bid solicitation document.

The Contractor shall provide scheduled inspections on an annual
basis within the first quarter of each fiscal year.

When authorized in writing by the Technical Authority using the
form entitled "Task Authorization Form DND 626" the Contractor
shall provide repairs and or replacements as necessary for
efficient operation of the doors and equipment.

Trade Agreements: This requirement is subject to the Agreement
on Internal Trade.
