The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (“CMHC”) wishes to enter into one or more agreements with one or more vendors for the purpose of procuring Progress Advance Validation Inspections and Full, Drive-by and Desk Appraisals for residential properties on an as-needed basis. The term of the Agreement shall be for a period of three years.
