Title: Joyceville, ON - Storage Tank Installation

Project No.: R.053529.001

Work of this Contract comprises installing a new tank system at
Joyceville Institution in Joyceville, Ontario.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on December 12, 2013 at 11:00 am.
Interested bidders are to meet at the Security Building at the
Pittsburgh Institution on 3766 Highway 15, Pittsburgh ON.

The site visit for this project is non-mandatory. Bidders must
communicate and provide name(s) to the Contracting Officer,
Ambreen Dhillon at (416) 590-8253 by no later than December 10,
2013 to ensure that gate passes are issued. ID must be brought
to the site meeting otherwise there will be no access.

SECURITY REQUIREMENT FOR CANADIAN CONTRACTORS - Correctional
Services Canada will be administering their standard security
clearance.

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within ten
[10] weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the
offer.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

Bid Receiving: Sealed tenders will be received at Public Works

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
