The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS or the School) requires the services of instructors to deliver virtual and in-person classroom training of various Procurement, Materiel Management and Real Property (P/MM/RP) courses on an as and when requested basis, in either official language (English or French) as well as in various locations across Canada, as needed.The services of instructors to deliver virtual and in-person classroom training will be required in three (3) domains as identified below:Domain 1 – ProcurementDomain 2 – Materiel ManagementDomain 3 – Real PropertyThe School intends to issue multiple Standing Offers as a result of this solicitation. Each successful Offeror will be issued one (1) Standing Offer that will identify the Domain(s) and Language(s), as applicable, for which it has qualified.The proposed period of the Standing Offer (SO) will be for a one (1) year period from date of issuance of the SO and the SO may be authorized for use beyond the initial period, for three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
