Description of the Requirement:
In support of ESDC’s mandate of improving Canadians’ quality of life, the main objective of this requirement is to support the Chief Financial Officer Branch (CFOB) of ESDC in advancing an ongoing transition regarding the organization’s approach to portfolio, program, project and benefits management, by promoting the MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes) and MoP® (Management of Portfolios) methodologies and integrating their associated concepts. Expertise and advice are required to achieve a business change that may establish a new framework for the conception, execution and closing of programs, and which may in turn increase project management capacity at ESDC.
