Description of the Work: Work of this Contract comprises the building protection plan for The Family Museum at Manoir Papineau National Historic Site, located at 500, rue Notre-Dame à Montebello (Québec). The work includes but is not limited to:
-The repair of the asphalt shingle roof;
- The replacement of the existing skylights and the restoration of the condemned light well;
- Repointing the masonry facades;
- Anchoring the stone facades to the lateral walls;
- Repointing the interior and exterior of the foundation walls, according to the phasing proposed in the architectural plans;
- Adding ventilation louvers to the crawlspace walls, complete with bug screens and removable insulated panels.
- Re-sodding and repaving after completion of the work.

Site Visit: visit is optional but highly recommended to bidders and is scheduled September 25, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Manoir Papineau.
Under the Regulations on National Parks, all work will be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations relating to the Law on National Parks.

Delivery Date: The work must be completed within seven (7) weeks after contract award.
