ITQ Scope: FCC currently utilizes an external partner to manage its lease financing business and current lease portfolio which services the Canadian agricultural new and used equipment market. FCC has 2400 active leases, totaling $268.3 million. FCC and its external partner share the goal of providing a seamless, secure and efficient lease administration process for FCC’s customers.
The contract between FCC and its current external partner is nearing its expiration date. As such, this ITQ is intended to allow FCC to assess whether other potential lease administration providers have capabilities and qualifications that would meet its expectations and determine whether FCC will conduct an RFP for its next leasing administration contract.
Expected Capabilities and Qualifications: FCC will expect its leasing administration partner to have existing capacity and experience providing:

disbursements,
management and execution of the trade-up, early termination, buyout and expiry processes,
collection, record management and accounting for all lease payments, tax payments and lease insurance premium payments,
sending out lease payment notices, and
customer’s first point of contact for payment arrears
b) Technology systems required to operate the lease financing business.
c) Accurate and timely reporting on the lender’s lease portfolio.
d) Quality customer service to customers across Canada, through communicating directly with
equipment dealers and customers on the lender’s behalf.
