ITQ Scope
FCC is preparing to implement the SAP Financials platform to replace its current financial system, and is seeking an Implementation Partner who can lead and perform the implementation for all required modules, from start to finish, in an incremental manner.
This ITQ will be a multi-stage process, with the objective of the first phase being the selection of a short list of vendors that FCC will engage to further understand and assess their SAP Financials implementation services. FCC’s intended outcome is to select a single vendor to act as FCC’s prime implementation partner for this project.
To be considered for the short-list, FCC will expect vendors to illustrate a breadth of experience in enterprise SAP Financials implementations from end-to-end, and with applying incremental delivery approaches, and business process transformation and organizational change management capabilities in those implementations.

ITQ Process Considerations
Vendors should note that:
this opportunity notice references an ITQ, not a call for tenders. The ITQ is the first phase of a non-binding, competitive procurement process. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the ITQ scope, and may cancel the ITQ at any time.
FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding or entering a contract.
