Invitation à se qualifier une plateforme de gestion des données d’entreprise (la « Plateforme »)

This Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) is the first phase of a procurement process by Shared Services Canada (SSC) for Enterprise Data Management Platform (EDMP or Platform) (the “Project”). Suppliers are invited to pre-qualify in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ in order to become “Qualified Respondents” for any later phases of the procurement process. Only Qualified Respondents will be permitted to bid on any subsequent solicitation issued as part of the procurement process.
The requirement consists of the provisioning of an Enterprise Data Protection Platform (EDPP or Platform) consisting of software (and / or appliance) installed and managed on premises in legacy environment and SSC data centres across Canada. Shared Services Canada intends to standardize Platform delivery to its client base. SSC will continue to pursue setting standards to meet its business needs for the forthcoming supply arrangements in conjunction with input from industry to ensure such standards are supportable and sustainable. Standards set forth in the supply arrangements and any other contracts resulting from this procurement process will encourage an open and interoperable environment.
