Description of the Requirement:
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires a Supplier to develop a contemporary classification framework in order to produce a job structure and compensation package for the new Invest in Canada Agency (ICA). This framework will be used to attract and retain a highly skilled workforce as well as provide career development opportunities within the organization.
