ISED 200170 - Exécutive et Non-Exécutive Sur La Classification

Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada requires outside consultants to provide strategic and operational executive (EX) and non-EX classification, organizational design advice and job description writing services to clients of ISED Canada. These consultants would also provide coaching and mentoring to junior EX and non-EX Classification and Organizational Design Advisors on EX and non-EX classification, policies, practices and organizational design matters, in order to build internal capacity within ISED.The Human Resources Branch requires additional resources to manage the incoming and backlog of actions, to meet the forecasted classification and organizational design needs and to manage the upcoming occupational group structure changes and conversions.
