Work of this contract comprises of roof replacement of Building
B4 and A14.
Remove existing roofing materials, metal flashings and replace
with new roofing materials
An Optional site visit:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.
to examine the scope of work and visit existing site conditions.
Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work . The site
visit will be held on October 15, 2012 at 10:00 A.M.
at the site, Collins Bay Institution, 1455 Bath Road, Kingston,
Ontario.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting

attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.
Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be

solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation..
The duration of work is schedule to be completed by MARCH 31,
2013.
