Kneehill County is seeking an aggregate crushing contractor for a one (1) year contract with the possibility of a second-year contract extension.  The work under the terms of this contract will involve the crushing and stockpiling of approximately 50,000 m3 of Alberta Transport 4-20 specification aggregates, with a +/- 10% total as allowed by the budget, at Bergen Gravel Pit. The contractor must crush no less than 1,500 m3 of gravel per day (12 hours).  The aggregate is to be stacked via a telescopic conveyor stacker. Crushing is to be completed within a timeframe of September 1st  to December 15th, known as the scheduled date of Completion, each year of the contract. The Contract may be extended for an
additional year (2027) with the written agreement of both the successful Contractor and the County.  This extension would be agreed upon before December 31st, 2026.
