Kneehill County - Request for Proposal - Administration & FCSS Parking Lot Repairs, Kneehill County

Kneehill County is inviting proposals from an experienced and qualified company to perform concrete repairs and upgrades at the Kneehill County main administration and FCSS buildings located within the Town of Three Hills, Alberta and the Hamlet of Wimborne. Under the contract, the desired date for completion of the reconstruction is no later than September 30, 2026. These specifications cover only the significant details of the project. All work must meet or exceed existing buildings, hazardous materials, and safety codes in Kneehill County and the province of Alberta. The contractor should have an experienced team of technical staff to complete the assignment and demonstrate suitable knowledge and experience in the repair and replacement of concrete.
