A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of Miscellaneous Groceries, as required by the Department of National Defence 17 Wing, Winnipeg. Manitoba. The Standing Offer will be in effect from approximately October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020, for a period of one (1) year.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods.
This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
