The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide the services of Instructor(s) on an “as and when requested basis” to deliver Emergency Trauma Care (ETC) Training to nurses working in CSC’s Institutions. The Emergency Trauma Care Training is the Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) course or an equivalent course and is referred to as ETC in the statement of work.
