A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of all labour, transportation, material, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide a minimum of three passenger school buses without operators on an as "required" basis for the Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Cold Lake, Alberta. Each bus must have a seating capacity of at least 74 passengers.
The Standing Offer period will be from date of issue for a three year period.
