This amendment is raised to change the standing offer type from a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) to a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO), and change the closing date. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply of major dental equipment, on an ?as and when requested? basis, as detailed in Annex A of the Request for Standing Offer. Delivery will be to DND dental clinics across Canada, as detailed in Annex D. The period of the Standing Offer will be for three years from date of issuance. The requirement also includes an irrevocable option to extend the period of Standing Offer up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions and at the same prices specified in the Standing Offer.
