La Garde côtière canadienne plan stratégique au long terme

In support of the Canadian Coast Guard’s requirement to develop its first ever Long Term Strategic Plan, the project requires specialized resources on a full time basis (initially) and then on an “as and when required” basis.The requirement is not for a solution but a creation-based project to develop a public-facing Plan, laying out the organization’s vision for the Canadian Coast Guard to remain a relevant organization for Canadians, leading up to the year 2050 and beyond, and to outline its high level strategy to attain this objective.The required three (3) resources, whom are to work as a team under the leadership of the Project Leader/Executive, are to be under one (1) single resulting contract from one TSPS SA pre-qualified Supplier.
