Nature of Requirements:
The Department of National Defense (DND) requires a Contractor
to provide aircraft rental with pilot(s) to support the Canadian
Forces parachute operations in Canada and the United States.
Further details can be found in Annex "A".
2.2 Services are required from date of award to 31 March 2013
and include irrevocable options for Canada to extend the
contract by 2 periods of 12 months.
Canada may award a contract for each type of aircraft and for
each geographic region.
1. Atlantic Region: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward
Island, and Newfoundland;
2. Central Region: Quebec and Ontario
3. Western Region: Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British
Columbia
4. United States: All
If a Bidder is selected for more than one aircraft type or
region, Canada will combine them into one contract instead of
issuing that bidder multiple contracts.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
