A Regional Individual Standing Offer to supply and deliver all materials, labour, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to provide heavy equipment rentals (without operator) for the Department of National Defence in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba on an ?as required? basis during the period of the standing offer. The standing offer will be in effectfrom issuance of the Standing Offer to 30 April 2018 with two (2) one (1) year option periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
