La mise en marché, la vente et la gestion de propriétés résidentielles dans la province de l’Ontario (1 à 4 logements)

CMHC wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor for the marketing and property management of selected residential properties (1-4 units) in the province of Ontario. The vendor will be responsible for the takeover, marketing and sales as well as servicing all aspects of the property while it is under their management (eg. Security, maintenance, repairs etc...).

The initial term of this contract is expected to be for one year with the option to renew at CMHC's discretion for one subsequent 1-year period.

Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on October 3, 2014.
