The objective of this NPP is for CMHC to issue a subsequent RFP to qualified respondents from this NPP. The objective of the subsequent RFP is to select one (1) primary Proponent and up to one (1) secondary proponent, capable of supplying open-content e-learning courses in Canada's both official languages and offering "best overall value" to CMHC.
CMHC wishes to integrate a wide variety of out-of-the-box, bilingual e-learning course offerings into its SAP SuccessFactors LMS module to increase employee access to a targeted training.
Out-of-the-box content refers to training courses that do not require any customization by CMHC. The content will have been developed by the provider or an associated publisher and CMHC employees will be able to access curated courses immediately upon integration with SAP SuccessFactors Open Content Network (OCN).
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Respondents wishing to participate in the RFP process must meet the following mandatory requirements:
1. Must be able to provide the availability of "out-of-the-box" self-directed e-learning courses;
2. Must be able to provide courses of equal quality in Canada’s both official languages, English and French;
3. Must be able to provide curation services for courses related to a particular subject;
4. Must be able to provide courses related to various business, technical and humanistic skills as outlined under Section 5, point 1 above; and
5. Must have experience with and ability to integrate with the OCN in the SAP SuccessFactors LMS module.
