The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) wishes to enter into a contract with a vendor for the purpose of providing Property Management Services for the property located at 400-440 Strasburg Road, Kitchener, Ontario.
The initial term of this contract is expected to be for 2 years, with the option to renew at CMHC's discretion for 1 subsequent 1-year period. The value of this service contract including both streams of work, is expected to range from $100,000.00 to $113,000.00 CDN, including all applicable taxes.
The quotation must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EDT, on March 31, 2014.
