To provide all labour, material, transportation, tools, supervision and equipment necessary for the repair and maintenance of X-ray equipment in Health Canada's Northern Nursing Stations within Manitoba an ?as and when requested? basis. The period of this Contract is for a one year period from date of award, estimated to be February 2018 with Canada retaining the irrevocable option to extend for an additional two (2) one (1) year periods.
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
