This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Bowden Institution, Innisfail, Alberta.

Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide Laboratory Services to offenders.

Objectives: provide Alberta certified Laboratory Technician or Laboratory Assistant services.

Deliverables: - provide laboratory services through pre-scheduled clinics

  • Collect specimens from offenders as prescribed by the Institutional Physician

Expected Delivery Date: May 1, 2015 to April 30, 2017 plus three one year option periods.
