Correctional Service Canada has the requirement to establish up
to three (3) Regional Individual Standing Offers for the
provision of Milk and Dairy products on an 'as and when'
requested basis for:
- Kingston and area (including Warkworth Institution located in
Campbellford)
- Gravenhurst area (Beaver Creek Minimum and Medium Institutions)
- Kitchener (Grand Valley Institution)
Period of Standing Offer is from November 1, 2014 to October 31,
2015 inclusive.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT), the North American Free Trade Agreement
(NAFTA),Canada-Peru/FTA Canada-Colombia/FTA, AND World Trade
Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
