Requirement::
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a Regional
Individual Standing Offer for the
provision of milk and dairy products, including ice cream
products, on an " and when
requested" basis in accordance with the requirements detailed in
this RFSO to the Department of
National Defence, Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton, and
furtherance to Canadian Forces
Station (CFS) Alert.
It is the intention of the Crown to issue one (1) Standing Offer
for this requirement.
The period of the Standing Offer is from Issuance of Standing
Offer to 1 year later inclusive.
Offerors must submit a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006.
The portion of this procurement that will be for delivery by
Canada to Alert, NU is subject to the
Nunavut Land Claims Agreement.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
