This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number 01896-140149/A dated September 11, 2013 with
a closing of October 22, 2013 at 2:00 pm MDT. A debriefing or
feedback session will be provided upon request to
bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
Requirement:
For the supply, delivery and off-loading of one (1) new and
unused laboratory Pilot Scale Flaking Mill to Agriculture and
Agri-Food Canada, Richardson Centre for Functional Foods and
Nutraceuticals located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Pilot Scale
Flaking Mill must be able to produce rolled/flaked grains from
materials such as whole/cut oat and barley grains. In addition,
the Pilot Scale Flaking Mill is a Laboratory Research Scale
version of an Industrial Standard Grain Flaking Mill which is
used in the cereal grain processing industry. The Pilot Scale
Flaking Mill must be in accordance with the specifications
detailed in the Request for Proposal.
Delivery is required on or before March 31, 2014.
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid
solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the
Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the
results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.
