Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Western Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.
Suppliers are strongly encouraged to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

REQUIREMENT:
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada in Lethbridge Alberta, has a requirement for the supply of 30 Broad Spectrum Linear LED lights for the Research Greenhouse.
Refer to the Compliance Matrix for the complete performance specifications and instructions that must be satisfied in order for a bid to be deemed responsive.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods.
Delivery is requested by September 14, 2021.
EVALUATION AND SELECTION:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The total evaluated price is the total of Table 1 plus Table 2 in Annex B. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
