NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT(NPP)
This requirement is to establish a National individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the Department of National Defence for the procurement of filters to be delivered to 7 CFSD Edmonton, Alberta and 25 CFSD Montreal, Quebec.
This requirement will be an initial period of one (1) year from the date of the issuance of the NISO plus an irrevocable option to extend up to two (2) additional one (1) year period under the same terms and conditions.

Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
Canada retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
