NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
Requirement
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to lease two (2) portable laser ablation systems for a 3-month period, with contracts expected to be awarded to two separate vendors (one system per vendor), to enable a direct, head-to-head evaluation of the competing systems.
There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Article 2.1 of the Resulting Contract Clauses. The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
