This requirement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement as the final destination of the goods falls within various RCMP Detachments within Nunavut.

NATURE OF REQUIREMENT:

For the supply and delivery of CCVE Cameras, Housings, and Lenses for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.

An option to purchase additional units; within one (1) year of contract award will be incorporated into the resulting contract and will be raised by an amendment.

The RCMP is looking to establish one contract for the CCVE Cameras, Housings, and Lenses as defined in Annex “A” Requirement in the Request For Proposal.

Requirements are in accordance with the Requirement at Annex A. This is a “No Substitute” requirement.

SECURITY: There is no security requirement associated with the requirement.

BASIS OF SELECTION:

A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

DELIVERY DATE: The Crown is asking for delivery by March 28, 2014.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
