A Regional Individual Standing Offer is required for all labour,
tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision
necessary to provide Dean Stark laboratory testing, on an as
required basis for the Department of Natural Resources Canada,
CanmetENERGY, Devon, Alberta, as outlined in the Statement of
Work, Annex "A".
The Standing Offer will be in place for three (3) consecutive
years from date of issuance. The services must be provided in
accordance with the terms and conditions specified herein.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

It is the responsibility of the Offeror to ensure that all
