Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of two (2) Alignment Machines to perform 2, 4 and 6 wheel alignments on various vehicle platforms, as described below. One (1) machine is to be delivered to CFB Edmonton and one (1) machine is to be delivered to CFB Wainwright.
The alignment machines must be delivered, set up and tested by the supplier’s representative at no additional expense to the Department of National Defense (DND). Supplier must also provide technical training on its usage at time of delivery which must occur on or before March 31, 2019.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
This RFP allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
