The Department of National Defense has a requirement for the supply, delivery and offloading of one (1) barrel style, fixed tooth mulching attachment. It must be compatible with the John Deere 320E model skid steer. The mulching attachment will be used in rocky terrain, primarily to maintain ditches and to cut back small trees from fence lines.
The mandatory requirements and mandatory product specifications detailed below must be met in order for a bid to be deemed responsive.
