The Department of National Defence (DND), 1 Service Battalion Maintenance Company requires a one-time supply of spare parts for Arctic Cat Bearcat 570 XT snowmobiles as per the list found in Annex B of the solicitation document. OEM parts or equivalent will be acceptable. None of the sleds are under warranty.
Vendor must provide 80% of the parts lby 31 October 2018. The remaining quantity of parts (20%) must be delivered by 14 December 2018. The parts are to be delivered to CFB Edmonton and DND will forward them up to the final destination of Resolute Bay, Nunavut.
This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement: The Agreement between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
