SCOPE OF WORK
.1 Work under this contract covers earthwork required to bring the finished grade to an elevation of 300mm below adjacent street level as shown on contract drawings, for a portion of the Lebreton Flats lands and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Mobilization, and general requirements;
2. Supply and installation of fill material;
3. Earthwork and grading.

A NON MANDATORY site visit will be held on Monday, September 22, 2014 at 10am Ottawa time. The exact meeting place is on Wellington Street across from the War Museum, Ottawa, ON. All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit.
