The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires the services under the framework of the Professional Audit Support Services Supply Arrangement (PASS SA), Stream 8: Recipient/Contribution Agreement Audit.
The project goal and objectives are to conduct Recipient Audits related to the Modernizing Agriculture in Ghana Program. The contract will be for a period of five (5) years. Under this contract DFATD requires the services of six (6) resources:

One (1) Partner/Managing Director
One (1) Project Manager/Leader
One (1) Senior Auditor
Ghana Based Resources
One (1) Project Manager/Leader
One (1) Senior Auditor
One (1) Auditor
The purpose of this notice is to invite formal costed proposals from eligible Consultants. Based on proposals received, one consultant will be awarded a contract with DFATD for the provision of services. DFATD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received. The amount allocated to this contract will not exceed eight hundred ninety-five thousand Canadian dollars (CAN $895,000.00) excluding applicable taxes.
The anticipated contract duration is five (5) years.

The working language for this project is English.
