Environment Canada and Climate Change requires the supply and delivery of compressed helium gas in contractor owned containers to Moosonee, Ontario.
The period of the contract is April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2020 with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year option periods.
The requirement is a Task Authorization (TA) as helium is required on an as and when requested basis. A TA will be sent to the Contractor when helium is required.
The proposed bidders must meet all mandatory criteria detailed in the Request for Proposal document.
The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
