TITLE: Interview and Interrogation Software License, Regina, SK

To supply forty (40) licenses for interview and interrogation
software for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Training
Academy-Depot Division, Regina, Saskatchewan in accordance with
the specifications detailed herein.

Mandatory Requirements - Interview and Interrogation software
licenses

• This software package must record complete audio and video in

a proprietary file format.

• The recordings must have accurate date / time stamp embedded

into the recorded video and visible during playback.

• This software package must have the ability to archive the

recordings to a network location which can be selected during or
after the installation of software.

• This software package must have the ability to search for and

view archived recordings with a playback program separate to the
recording software

• This software package must have the ability to add bookmarks

and case notes to a recorded interview that provides easy
navigation to exact moments within the recording for anyone
reviewing or transcribing the recording

• This software package must provide search and viewing

capability for recordings on 300+ computers

• This software package must be able to monitor the interview

rooms that are in use recording (Audio and Video) from a remote
location on the same network

• This software package must have standard controls for record

and playback functions, ie.. record, play, pause, stop, fast
forward and rewind

• This software must be Windows 7 compatible
• This software package must include software access control
• The Bidder must be an authorized reseller or original

equipment manufacturer of software being offered. Proof must be
included with tender.

• Upon request a trial version of software must be provided

prior to contract award for testing to ensure it meets the
mandatory requirements above.
