The Meteorological Service of Canada (MSC), Environment and Climate Change Canada, Toronto, Ontario has a requirement for the supply, delivery and provision of training of two (2) fully operation Scanning Doppler LIDAR with an option of two (2) more SDLs.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
