Lieu des audiences sur le tracé détaillé du projet d’agrandissement du réseau de Trans Mountain à Burnaby

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the National Energy Board for a venue in the city of Burnaby that can host the TMEP Detailed Route hearings for the Burnaby area over two (2) ten day periods, one to be held in late January 2018 and one to be held in mid-March 2018. During each period, the National Energy Board will need 12 guest rooms and Banquet facility.
 It is intended to result in the award of 1(one) contract from date of award to May 31, 2018, plus an option to extend the term of the Contract by up to one (1)additional year period under the same conditions.
