REQUIREMENT:
The Essential Services Contingency Reserve (ESCR) and Other Government Departments (OGD) have a requirement for supply and delivery of Disinfectant Wipes, Solution and Spray must meet the technical specifications listed in this RFP. Items must be delivered to Mississauga, Ontario. This is part of Canada’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The requirement must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements and mandatory technical evaluation criteria, as specified in Annex A of the Request for Proposal.
ESTIMATED QUANTITY:
Disinfectant Wipes 500 000 units
Disinfectant Solutions 5 000 units
Disinfectant Spray 5 000 units
OPTION QUANTITY:
This requirement also includes optional quantities as per Canada’s needs. The option may be exercised within 12 months after contract award date. The Option can be exercised at Canada’s sole discretion.
DELIVERY
Delivery must start within 2 weeks after contract award and the remainder quantity will be delivered by a biweekly/monthly schedule until contract is completed.
AWARD
Canada reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts for any responsive bid in order to fulfil its overall requirement.
ENQUIRIES:
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least three (3) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, suppliers are encouraged to submit offers electronically using the EPOST CONNECT APPLICATION or FAXED. Instructions for using e-post are included in this solicitation (section 2.2 - Submission of Offers).
