REQUIREMENT:
This requirement is for the provision of all labour, materials,
tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for
the monthly, six (6) month and annual inspections of the
generator located in Fort Smith, Yellowknife. Annual
inspections must be conducted according to the manufacturer's
instructions
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007,
Offerors must submit a complete list of names of all individuals
who are currently directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as
determined by the Special Investigations Directorate,
Departmental Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list
may be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form
The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
